The ONE Thing You Need To Get Started…

I was recently asked this question and initially felt like it needed about 10-20 different answers because there’s just soooo much to it.

๐˜‰๐˜ถ๐˜ต ๐˜ช๐˜ด ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜บ??

Getting started with a new fitness and/or running goal does NOT have to be that complicated. Often times we overthink it, psych ourselves out, then not even try.

No, it won’t always be easy, especially at first, and yes you will face adversity along the way.

But if you have the courage to try and the will to keep going, you can and WILL get stronger inside and out. And no matter what the scale, dress size or running pace may be, you are doing the damn thing, you are on your journey.

And that’s pretty freaking awesome.

Look, I get it. We all want more for ourselves. We want to be faster, thinner, taller (can’t do nothing about that), eat cleaner, be more motivated to get up earlier to workout, do more yoga, run further distances, the list goes on.

But the fact that you’re out there trying or at least want to try, in your busy, hectic life is half the darn battle.

So don’t get discouraged and put limits on yourself because you’re not 100% where you want to be.

Learn to love your body and what it can do for you. Once you realize you can do hard things, you are capable of more than you once gave yourself credit for, and most of all you respect and appreciate yourself, you will be amazed as to what you can accomplish!
