Virtual coaching offers athletes customized strength and conditioning programs designed specifically to the needs and goals. Virtual Coaching includes:
- Initial phone consultation to discuss current fitness level, health history, goals, etc.
- Personalized, progressive strength program
- Cardio coaching
- Bi-Weekly app check-ins
- Bi-monthly catch up calls via phone/Skype
- Workouts and video library accessible through Strength2Run mobile app
- Nutritional support
- Accountability and support of your goals
Cost of program is $119 per month with 3 month commitment (option to go month to month after that).
Run Training Plans
If you're not quite ready to commit to full coaching but would like a plan to run your next race, then our run training plans are a great, cost effective option. From 5k to full marathons, from beginner to advanced, and everything in between, Strength2Run run training plans have you covered.
Simply chose a race option and you will receive up to 3 (beginner, intermediate and advanced) training schedules options for you to download and chose from.
Along with the programs, you will receive a free, no obligation coaching discovery call to discuss implementing which plan may be best for you.
