Premium Coaching

Online coaching offers runners customized strength and conditioning programs along with run coaching designed specifically to the needs and goals.  Premium Coaching includes:

  • Initial phone consultation to discuss current fitness level, health history, goals, etc.
  • Personalized, progressive strength program
  • Personalized, progressive run training
  • Bi-Weekly app check-ins
  • Bi-monthly catch up calls via phone/Skype
  • Workouts and video library accessible through Strength2Run mobile app
  • Nutritional support
  • Accountability and support of your goals

Cost of program is $189 per month with 3 month commitment (option to go month to month after that).

Basic Coaching

If you're looking for programming without the cost and accountability of coaching, this program is for you!  You will still receive a program geared towards your goals and needs with access to the Strength2Run mobile app, but you will be a little more self guided.  Basic Coaching includes:

  • Phone consultation to determine current fitness level, health history, goals, equipment available etc.
  • Pre programmed progressive strength program (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced)
  • 2-3 strength workouts per week
  • Workouts and video library accessible through Strength2Run mobile app
  • Weekly check-ins via app messenger
  • Monthly catch up call via phone/Skype

Cost of program is $119 per month with 3 month commitment (option to go month to month after that). *Please note, this is a predesigned plan. Workouts are uploaded monthly without adjustments or additional coaching.

Run Training Plans

If you're not quite ready to commit to full coaching but would like a plan to run your next race, then our run training plans are a great, cost effective option.  From 5k to full marathons, from beginner to advanced, and everything in between, Strength2Run run training plans have you covered.

Simply chose a race option and you will receive up to 3 (beginner, intermediate and advanced) training schedules options for you to download and chose from.

Along with the programs, you will receive a free, no obligation coaching discovery call to discuss implementing which plan may be best for you.
