Premium Coaching

Online coaching offers runners customized strength and conditioning programs along with run coaching designed specifically to the needs and goals.  Premium Coaching includes:

  • Initial phone consultation to discuss current fitness level, health history, goals, etc.
  • Personalized, progressive strength program
  • Personalized, progressive run training
  • Weekly app check-ins, monthly phone/Skype Check-ins
  • Workouts and video library accessible through Strength2Run mobile app
  • Nutritional support
  • Accountability and support of your goals

Cost of program is $149 per month with 3 month commitment (option to go month to month after that).

Basic Coaching

This is a little bit more basic approach to online coaching.  You will still receive a custom program, access to the Strength2Run mobile app, but you will be a little more self guided.  Basic Coaching includes:

  • Phone consultation to determine current fitness level, health history, goals, equipment available etc.
  • Personalized, progressive strength program
  • 2-3 customized strength workouts per week
  • Workouts and video library accessible through Strength2Run mobile app
  • Monthly check-ins via app messenger
  • NO program adjustments once uploaded to app

Cost of program is $99 per month with 3 month commitment (option to go month to month after that).

Run Training Plans

If you're not quite ready to commit to full coaching but would like a plan to run your next race, then our run training plans are a great, cost effective option.  From 5k to full marathons, from beginner to advanced, and everything in between, Strength2Run run training plans have you covered.

Simply chose a race option and you will receive 3 (beginner, intermediate and advanced) training schedules options for you to download and chose from.  (Downloads will be sent via email within 24 hours of purchase).

Along with the programs, you will receive a free, no obligation coaching consultation to discuss implementing which plan may be best for you.
